Diversity & Inclusion

The Diversity and Inclusion Project has been ongoing at Aberdeen FC Community Trust for over a year now, with two primary aims; to increase awareness and accessibility of opportunities in football for under-represented community groups, particularly those from an ethnic minority and to increase participation of diverse communities within football, along with other AFCCT wider community engagement programmes.
